Auckland was a stormin'

Not many people were awake (or at least I wasn't) for the storm that hit Auckland on Friday but my boyfriend was. It was no surprise to me to wake up during the night and find him perched on the deck with camera in hand waiting for a bolt of lightning. It paid off because he got some great shots and so far very few have surfaced online.

Needless to say, he's pretty much a celeb in the weather world now. The new Jim Hickey.

Seventh Man "Blonde Ambition"

These are the perfect images to accompany the saying "blondes have more fun" and as I'm always on the hunt for fun, I have to say I'm seriously considering it.

When this Face Juggler pic was first taken of me, I laughed, but maybe I wouldn't look so bad with a long blonde weave.

Adam Levine has never looked better

He's always appeared a bit smug to me - attractive, yes - but smug. Now after having read an interview about his views on gay marriage and being all for it... suddenly Mr. Levine is looking pretty damn good, even with his shirt on!

Yes! Thinking of all of those comments on the poll for legalising gay marriage in NZ just boils my blood. It's no ones business but the couples. Get over it people!

Diane Von Furstenberg FW12/13 Ad Campaign

Hmmm.

Never a good first response is it? "Hmmm". Not quite as impressive as last seasons surrealism approach (take a peak) but I do love that lettering. It's so sharp and shiny. I almost couldn't give a fuck about what the model is wearing. At this stage in fashion, show me anything with a bit of reflective quality and I'm sold. Even if it is just the logo.
