Is "shit" not a swear word, TV3?

Who watched The Ridges last night? I didn't!

I watched it today. Yes, I recorded it.

The mouse in the kitchen stirred up a bit of drama for the girls and Jaime's use of the naughty F word got censored. But I noticed "shit" however wasn't. Is this not a swear word anymore, TV3? My reaction to this was the same as when I first heard someone get called a dick on Shorty - my jaw dropped and my eyes widened and then I folded my arms whilst shaking my head and making grumbly unimpressed noises.

"Ah shit..."

It may be half of the shows dialogue gone but they really should consider bleeping out their laughing as well because that opening scene was bloody painful.
